First grade has completed the classroom library renovation! It only took like 5 class periods, but we did it!
Kids thought of the categories (for the most part). I liked the "Food & Eating" category idea!

Looooooooooooong absence
Hello! I am indeed alive! So sorry for the long absence. The end of the school year got overwhelming and also I was back on school internet instead of my faster personal internet so didn't get to posting. Now I have several to put up but I will start with this one. Noting my obsession with flowering trees, the art teacher said that a tree behind her classroom had bright pink blossoms. I would occasionally check, but saw nothing. Then on one of my breaks from long weekends of grading, I took a lap around the elementary campus and found this carpet on the ground. Heaven.
The blossoms were hidden in under the branches, so not visible by glancing at the tree, but they looked like this:
